Frequently Asked Questions

Our AI detector works with 95%+ accuracy in most cases. We use multiple AI models in parallel (GPTZero, Originality.ai, Copyleaks, etc.) and aggregate the results. Since no AI detector is 100% accurate, use the results as a guide.
With the free plan, the limit is 2,000 characters per analysis. With Plus subscription you can analyze up to 50,000 characters, with Pro up to 200,000 characters, and with Unlimited subscription there's no character limit. See the Pricing page for details.
When your tokens (credits) run out, you won't be able to run new analyses until you purchase a subscription or wait until next month. Monthly limits reset at the beginning of each month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Profile page by clicking the 'Manage Subscription' button. After cancellation, you can still use premium features until the end of your billing period. If online cancellation doesn't work for some reason, please email us at info@pontbot.hu.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, refunds are not available after purchase. Please thoroughly explore the service features using the free plan before subscribing.
If you're having trouble subscribing, check the following: 1) Is your credit card valid with sufficient funds? 2) Is your browser blocking payment pages? 3) Try a different browser or incognito mode.
If you didn't receive an activation email, check your spam/promotions folder. If it's not there, request a new activation email on the login page or contact us at info@pontbot.hu.
